How to use?

Step 1 – Apply

Take a coin-sized amount of gel onto your fingertips or directly onto the area. A little goes a long way — add more as needed.


Step 2 – Massage

Gently massage the gel over the sore area in a circular motion. Focus on areas of tension, stiffness or discomfort for best results.


Step 3 – Rest & Absorb

Once you do not feel the gel after the massage, avoid washing or covering the area for at least 15–20 minutes to let the active ingredients take full effect.


Step 4 – Repeat 

Reapply 2–3 times daily or as needed. For best results, use consistently as part of your daily wellness routine.
