How to use?
Step 1 – Apply
Squeeze a generous amount of gel onto your fingertips or directly onto the affected area. A little goes a long way — start with a coin-sized amount and add more as needed.
Step 2 – Massage
Gently apply pressure and rub the gel over the sore area in a circular motion until the gel absorbs completely. Focus on areas of tension, stiffness or discomfort for best results.
Step 3 – Rest & Absorb
Allow the gel to fully absorb and work into the skin. Avoid washing or covering the area for at least 15–20 minutes to let the active ingredients take full effect.
Step 4 – Repeat
Reapply 2–3 times daily or as needed. For best results, use consistently as part of your daily wellness routine.
